Hi, I’m Keegan.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and the disorienting in-between spaces of life. That might be a shift in identity, a strained relationship, or a season that just feels… off. My clients are often thoughtful, high-functioning, and hard on themselves. They’ve learned to cope by staying busy, staying small, or staying out of their own feelings - and they’re ready for something different.
My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that healing happens not just through insight, but through relationship. I draw from AEDP (which helps us heal by working with emotions in the moment) and mindfulness practices that support awareness, regulation, and connection. I engage in ongoing consultation and advanced training with emotion-focused professionals to support and deepen this work.
I'm originally from New Hampshire and New York, and now call Texas home. I find deep meaning and joy in the things that make us human: resilience in the face of pain, shared laughter, and the comfort of being with someone who helps you feel understood.
