Hi, I’m Keegan.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and the disorienting in-between spaces of life. That might be a shift in identity, a strained relationship, or a season that just feels… off. My clients are often thoughtful, high-functioning, and hard on themselves. They’ve learned to cope by staying busy, staying small, or staying out of their own feelings - and they’re ready for something different.
My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that healing happens not just through insight, but through relationship. I draw from AEDP (which helps us heal by working with emotions in the moment), Internal Family Systems (which explores different “parts” of ourselves), and mindfulness practices that support awareness, regulation, and connection. I engage in ongoing consultation and advanced training with emotion-focused professionals to support and deepen this work.
I'm originally from New Hampshire and New York, and now call Texas home. I find deep meaning and joy in the things that make us human: resilience in the face of pain, shared laughter, and the comfort of being with someone who helps you feel understood.
