I use a relational, experiential approach that draws from AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). That means we slow down and tune in, not just to your thoughts, but to your emotional experience, your body, and the parts of you that have developed to cope and protect.
You don’t need to be familiar with these models to benefit from them. What matters most is that therapy feels collaborative, emotionally safe, and rooted in a sense of connection. We’ll move at a pace that works for your system, and I’ll always meet you with curiosity and care.

I’m not accepting new clients at this time. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss working together down the road, though I don’t have an exact date for openings.

Yes! I’m in-network with Optum/United, BCBS, Baylor Scott & White, Cigna/Evernorth, and Aetna. If you're not sure whether your plan covers therapy, I recommend calling your insurance company to ask about your mental health benefits and whether I’m considered in-network.

For private pay clients, sessions are $200 for the initial intake and $150 for ongoing sessions. I also provide superbills if you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance for out-of-network benefits.
