I use a relational, experiential approach that draws from AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). That means we slow down and tune in, not just to your thoughts, but to your emotional experience, your body, and the parts of you that have developed to cope and protect.
You don’t need to be familiar with these models to benefit from them. What matters most is that therapy feels collaborative, emotionally safe, and rooted in a sense of connection. We’ll move at a pace that works for your system, and I’ll always meet you with curiosity and care.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what’s felt hard lately. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out - I’ll guide the process and meet you wherever you are.

At the moment, I’m not accepting new clients.
However, you are welcome to reach out if you’d like to talk about working together and future availability for sessions.

Yes! I’m in-network with Optum/United, BCBS, Baylor Scott & White, Cigna/Evernorth, and Aetna. If you're not sure whether your plan covers therapy, I recommend calling your insurance company to ask about your mental health benefits and whether I’m considered in-network.
-
For private pay clients, sessions are $200 for the initial intake and $150 for ongoing sessions. I also provide superbills if you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance for out-of-network benefits.

I offer therapy both virtually and in person. I see clients at two locations: one in Plano and one in Addison. Telehealth is also available for clients anywhere in Texas.
